Refund policy

Returns 

For items bought online, by mail, or by phone, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, even if it is not faulty.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to cancel your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the item after informing us.

Returns must be requested before being sent.

Items returned without prior notification will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method and will include:

  • The full price of the item

  • The cost of standard delivery (if paid)

If a higher-cost delivery option was chosen, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.


Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A valid courier with tracking, signature and full insurance of the item is required.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Used, opened, or damaged items

  • Gift cards
