Shipping policy

While we strive for same-day dispatch, we aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Northern Ireland - Updated 2026

Extended dispatch and delivery times.
Due to new regulations of GSPR and the Windsor Framework changes, dispatch to Northern Ireland and non-mainland addresses including all BT* postal codes will be via either Royal Mail or DHL Express. Unfortunately, there is a higher cost for DHL Express and we are unable to offer free shipping for non-mainland addresses.

International Shipping - Updated 2026
Due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East and the impact this is having on fuel and international delivery services, we have temporarily paused international sales. We apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

We do offer international shipping, however, we are working towards adding as many countries as we can. if you're not listed please contact us. We use DHL Global mail and DHL Express.  Global mail is 15-25 days.  Express is 7-10. Customers will have to pay Import and Duty taxes of your respective countries - this is not something we have control over and is governed by your countries Government. Due to new rules and regulations new Tariffs/customs/duties and taxes may apply.


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 


How do I check the status of my order?

You will have tracking uploaded to your order and emailed to you.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@tyges.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Royal Mail Delays

Please be aware that Royal Mail is currently struggling to keep up with the volume of deliveries. Therefore it is very possible that your order, or any order that is being sent by Royal Mail, could be delayed.

Highlands and Isle's

Due to excise and regulatory changes, we reserve the right to dispatch to non-mainland UK using whatever method we deem fits the requirements.
